A beautiful villa is also being built next door on the property (construction is stopped in the summer), but it may not be as beautiful visually. From 1 June 2025 the price per week is 9,000 euros.

Plus final cleaning € 200,- (not applicable when booking a week)

Winter months

We are happy to make individual arrangements during this time.

  • Booking only valid with deposit: 30% on reservation, final payment 8 weeks before arrival
  • Cancellation: up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival free of charge. up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival 50% of the total amount.
  • Deposit: € 1500 via credit card transfer
  • Arrival from 15h, departure please at 10h.

HOUSE RULES

THE GRAPE is not a party villa, we love to have a good time, but please be respectful of the neighbourhood and treat the villa as your home. Guests are not allowed to party excessively in the house and/or around the property. In the event that guests disturb public order by making noise and failing to quiet down after being warned, this may be considered a serious breach of the terms of the tenancy agreement.  Guests are obliged to follow the house rules. If the guests do not comply with the house rules, this may be considered a serious breach of the terms of the tenancy agreement. In this case, the owner   is authorised to terminate the rental agreement. This will take effect immediately without the notice period, and the guest is obliged to leave the villa permanently within 2 (two) hours and is not entitled to demand the return of the paid accommodation price from the owner.

CAPACITY

The number of people who can stay in the villa and the surrounding areas may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated on the homepage of each villa. This number of guests includes children of all ages. Children up to the age of one year are excluded from travelling if they have been registered in advance. After the start of the tenancy, the guest is obliged to inform the owner in advance of all visitors coming to stay. If more than the maximum permitted number of guests stay in the villa or the surrounding premises without the owner's consent, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect and without notice. The guest is obliged to leave the villa permanently within 2 (two) hours together with all other persons staying there.

SAFETY

Guests should be aware that THE GRAPE is located in a rural area. Therefore, you may encounter flora and fauna such as mosquitoes, wasps, ants, etc., as well as other environmental activities, e.g. farming, etc. THE GRAPE cannot be held responsible for any house or road works that occur in the vicinity of the property. THE GRAPE will endeavour to notify you of any work, but work may occur at any time without our prior knowledge.

Swimming Pool: Guests are responsible for their own use of a swimming pool. Children may not be present in the pool area without adult supervision. Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. You should bear in mind that the use of the whirlpool and sauna is associated with certain health risks and you use it at your own risk. The water in the whirlpools may not be warm until late in the evening on the day of the guest's arrival. It is forbidden to stand on the lid. The lids are not designed and adapted to support the weight of a person and can easily be broken. If the lid is broken, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage directly to the owner.

DAMAGE

The guest is obliged to behave responsibly towards the rented villa with reasonable attention. The guest is obliged to return the villa in the condition in which he/she received it. For any damage caused, the guest is directly liable to the owner and the owner is authorised to use a deposit to cover the amount of the actual damage of these conditions. If the deposit amount does not cover the damage, the guest is obliged to pay the difference up to the total amount of damage directly to the owner. Deliberate damage to property or disturbance of public order is considered a serious breach of the terms of the rental agreement.
